Each HOA has its own specific criteria and procedures, especially when it comes to solar installations, so it is necessary to submit the required documentation and obtain prior approval.

When it comes to solar panels, it is essential to follow the HOA’s feedback and restrictions, as they may limit or even prohibit installation in certain areas of the roof.

For townhouses, a second visit with our installation team may be necessary. Even with the HOA Waiver signed, we aim to install only after obtaining approval.

This visit is going to be conducted once the plans are ready, in order to confirm that our proposal is viable.
